JCCGCI Inc. is looking to hire an Assistant Cook for our Older Adult Center. The Assistant Cook is responsible for assisting the Cook with food preparation, cooking, service, and adhering to sanitation standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, food service, and packaging of homebound meals
- Move, unpack, and store food supplies
- Assist in taking food inventory and maintaining order of food storage area
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, and storage areas
- Fill in for the Cook when the Cook is out
- Other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for long hours
- Ability to lift heavy objects
This position is paid $21.00 per hour for 30 hours a week.
