The JCCGCI Health Insurance Counseling Center offers personalized assistance to Medicare and Dual Eligible recipients. We provide a full spectrum of guidance concerning benefits, coverage, coinsurance, premiums, deductibles and copayments to help people navigate the ever-changing health care regulations. Our staff can assist clients in English and Russian and have translators available for assistance with other languages.

We assist individuals in finding, joining or changing a Medicare Advantage Plan (like an HMO or PPO), Medicare Prescription Drug Plan (Part D) or any other Medicare health coverage which is most appropriate for their health conditions and financial status. Our center works closely with different agencies such as NYC Department for the Aging, Medicare Rights Center and more.

We also help our clients save money by enrolling them in local, state and federal programs such as Extra Help, Medicare Savings Program, EPIC and others.

If someone has lost their benefits or was accidentally terminated from a health insurance plan, our Health Insurance Counseling Center can assist them through the Complaints and Appeals process.

We are completely independent from any Insurance Company or Healthcare Service Provider; our goal is to truly help our clients find the best solution for their individual needs.
