About NPHD

Nonprofits: We’re Here to Help YOU

ONLINE WORKSHOPS, ADVISORY SERVICES, PROJECT SUPPORT & EXECUTIVE COACHING AT NO COST TO QUALIFIED ORGANIZATIONS

Since its founding in 1991, the NonProfit HelpDesk (NPHD), a project of JCCGCI, has helped 2,500+ nonprofits throughout NYC by strengthening their managerial skills and helping them improve operational oversight, efficiency and procedures. Because NPHD is part of a community-based social service agency, we understand the needs of our nonprofit partners, and we know how to empower them to serve their own clients and communities more effectively.
NPHD’s areas of expertise include Board Development, Financial Management, Fundraising, Governance, Human Resources, Leadership Development, Budget Planning, Communications, Marketing, Technology, and more. It is staffed by a diverse cadre of professional, credentialed, subject matter experts who are ready to provide pro bono help for nonprofits in specific areas, on multiple fronts. We provide individualized training for small cohorts, one-on-one consultations, and educational workshops that enable us to reach a broad audience while minimizing costs.
