COVID 19 Vaccine Information:

  • Seniors ages 65 and over are now eligible to receive the FREE COVID-19 vaccine.
  • Information about the vaccine can be found here: https://www1.nyc.gov/site/doh/covid/covid-19-vaccines.page
  • In order to receive the vaccine, you must make an appointment.
  • To make an appointment you can either reach out to your medical provider or you can call either of these following numbers: 877-829-4692 or 1-833-697-4829.
  • You or a family member can also schedule an appointment online at the following website: vaccinefinder.nyc.gov 
  • It may take a LONG time to schedule the appointment, please be patient, but persistent!

  • If you have any questions, you can call your local senior center or your agency social worker.
  • If you need transportation to your appointment, you can call the JCCGCI transportation department at 718-449-5000 ex. 1. 
  • Scammers are calling and promising New Yorkers that they will be placed on a reservation list in exchange for a fee or a deposit. This is not true. Do not share ANY financial information in regards to the Vaccine.
  • We must also remain vigilant and continue practicing COVID-19 safety measures, EVEN after vaccinations:
