Since 1999, Ms. Berman has directed JCCGCI Vocational Services including implementation and management of all vocational and adult literacy programs.  Among these are the OTDA funded TAG and ER programs and the NYC DYCD & NYSED AL/WIA funded Adult Literacy Program.  Her duties include overseeing both performance-based and line item budgets/contracts and overseeing staff at multiple sites.

Jeffrey Prince joined the JCCGCI in 2015, bringing with him more than 20 years of Executive Recruitment, Job Development, and Workforce Development experience.  He was most recently the Senior Coordinator of Job Development at FEGS in Manhattan, heading up several Workforce Development programs.  At the JCCGCI, Jeffrey is now the Program Coordinator of the Parnossah Employment Services Program, working with the Orthodox and Ultra-Orthodox communities throughout Brooklyn and other communities in New York City and Long Island, providing  career counseling, resume preparation, job placement and job development assistance.  Jeffrey is also the Director of Job Development with Internship Placement Services, a new program at JCCGCI, assisting people on New York City HRA Cash Assistance Programs to achieve stable employment.  Jeffrey holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Pace University and a B.A. in English from Queens College, City University of New York.  He is very happy to be part of the JCCGCI with its rich history in Workforce Development.

Debbie Román is a passionate professional with extensive experience in workforce development and program management. With an MBA in Marketing and a BA in Communications, she has over fourteen years of experience in project management, program design and community relations with specific expertise in the non-profit sector, Hispanic markets, special events, volunteer supervision, and providing support to executive staff. She is fully bilingual (English-Spanish) and highly familiar with NYC populations. She possesses advanced computer and data management skills and has vast experience creating, implementing, and managing social media strategies and online content and has experience in creating job readiness curricula as well as conducting such workshops. In her current role as Director of Career and Related Experience (CARE) Internship Placement Services (IPS) program she provides oversight for internship and workforce development programs tailored to meet the needs of cash assistance recipients and young adults.  She is tasked with building program capacity, leading program innovation and ensuring quality across a multi-site network.

Joseph (Yossi) Ginzberg

Yossi Ginzberg has held a variety of eclectic positions through the years, giving him important insights into the worlds of employment, management, and business communications.  Since 2008, he has been serving as director of the Crown Heights Career Assessment Program (CH CAP), which transferred under JCCGCI management in 2016. Yossi has rabbinic ordination as well as BA and MS degrees in Psychology, California State Certification in wine making, and marksmanship certification from the Israeli military. Yossi also runs a support group for converts to Judaism under the auspices of the RCA, and is the High Holiday Cantor (a volunteer position) for many years at Mt Sinai Hospital. He also made and appearance as an advisor on Judaism in the best-selling book, “The Year of Living Biblically”, now being made into a TV show called “Living Biblically” on CBS.
